Mohori Bibee vs Dharmodas Ghosh.

 

 

l Dharmodas Ghose was the respondent in this case.

 

l He had borrowed some money from Mohori Bibee at the time when he was a minor.

 

l Court held that as Dharmo was a minor and the agreement was void ab-initio that means void one from the starting ,hence he wont be liable to pay the mortgage.
