l Bhimappa misrepresented himself as a major and entered into a contract with Bhimangowda.

 

l When Bhimappa attained the age of majority Balangowda filed a suit against him.

 

l Court held that “where an infant represents fraudently or otherwise that he is of age and thereby induces another to enter into a contract with him ,he in an action founded on the contract,is not estopped from setting up infancy”.
